1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon to taste
9" unbaked pie crust.
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º F. Melt butter and add all the ingredients except cinnamon. Mix well. Pour in unbaked 9" pie crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375º for 1 hour until firm.
