1 1/2 cup diced celery
1 1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (28 oz) can whole tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
6 drops Tabasco
1 lb shrimp, deveined and shelled

Combine all ingredients except shrimp. Cook 3 - 4 hours on high or 6 - 8 hours on low. Add shrimp for the last hour of cooking. Serve over rice.

This can also be made on the stove. Saute celery, onion, bell pepper in oil or butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients except shrimp. Simmer at least 30 minutes to an hour. Add shrimp and simmer 30 minutes longer.
