1/2C. RICE, NOT INSTANT
1/2 t. SALT
1 CAN SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
1/2-1 CUP RAISINS AND NUTS
2 EGGS
1/2 t. VANILLA
NUTMEG OR CINNAMON

IN A 2 1/2-3 QT. CASSEROLE MIX THE WATER, RICE AND SALT; COOK ON HIGH COVERED FOR APPROX. 7 MIN. TO BRING TO A BOIL. REDUCE POWER AND SIMMER FOR 15 MIN.
ADD MILK AND RAISINS(NUTS).
IIN SEPERATE BOWL LIGHTLY BEAT EGGS AND VANILLA; ADD TO RICE AND COOK ON HIGH 5-6 MIN., STIRRING ONCE EACH MINUTE.
SPRINKLE WITH NUTMEG OR CINNAMON.
