1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground chuck
1 1/2 lb onion chopped
1 lb green pepper chopped
5 cups crushed tomatoes
1/2-1 pound pinto beans
1 1/2 T oil
2 cloves garlic (or 1.5 T minced garlic)
1/2 c dried minced parsley
1/2 c butter
1/3 c chili powder
2 T salt
1 1/2 t pepper
1 1/2 t cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Soak pinto beans in water overnight. Drain, in large pan cover with fresh water and simmer 1 hr, until beans are tender. Add tomatoes and simmer 5 min.
In separate skillet saute green peppers and onions in oil until tender. Add garlic and parsley, stir well.
In meantime, in another skillet melt butter and brown 3 meats together. Then add to onion/pepper mixture. Stir in chili powder, cook 10 min then add to bean pot.
Season with salt, pepper, cumin. Simmer, covered, on low for 1 hr then simmer 30 min uncovered.
