Ginny's Famous Crab Cakes Recipe

1 pound crab meat (lump)
2 eggs, beaten
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
˝ red pepper, minced
˝ green pepper, minced
1 scallion, minced
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon baking powder
bay seasoning
Tabasco sauce, few drops
Worcestershire sauce, few drops

Mix all ingredients together. If necessary, add more breadcrumbs to make the mixture dry enough to form little cakes. Form mixture into small cakes and pan sear in a small amount of olive oil. Serve with Nancy’s Prepared Mustard (Sweet and Tangy)
