Chicken Penne Pasta Recipe

2 Tbs. olive oil
2 Tbs. fresh garlic chopped
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cayenne pepper
3 c canned diced tomatoes
1lb box penne pasta, cooked
2 c broccoli-steamed until crisp
6 cooked chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
2 c heavy cream
2 c sliced mushroom

To make sauce, heat oil in a saucepan. Add garlic, oregano and basil. Saute 30 sec. Add salt, peppers, tomatoes and cream. Boil 5 minutes, stirring often. Cut cooked chicken into bite-size pieces. In a large pan combine sauce, chicken, broccoli, mushrooms and pasta. Cook until all ingredients are heated.
