2 kiwis, peeled and diced
2 apples, diced
8 ounces raspberries or blackberries, chopped
1 pound strawberries, diced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoons fruit preserves, any flavor

10 (10 inch) flour tortillas
butter flavored cooking spray(or sprayable butter)
2 cups cinnamon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chopped fruit, sugar and preserves and place in fridge. (Chop and add apples to the mix last to prevent browning.) Preheat oven to 350º. Coat one side of each flour tortilla with butter flavored cooking spray. Sprinkle with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Cut into strips and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Repeat with any remaining tortillas. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes. Serve with chilled fruit mixture.
