1 Bottle inexpensive dry wine (cabernet)
3 ounces brandy (Christian Brothers)
1 Large Granny Smith Apple
1 Large Juicy Orange
1 Large Lemon
3/4 Cup of Sugar
1 Bottle Lemon flavored sparkling water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the wine, brandy and sugar together.
Slice the apple, orange and lemon thinly. Do not peel. Place the fruit in the wine mixture and stir it around. Try and submerge as much of the fruit as possible.
Place the mixture in a closed container. Refrigerate 20 - 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Do not keep more than 30 hours before serving -the bitterness from the peels will take over

To serve mix with the sparkling water.
