8 boneless chicken breasts
2 T. melted butter
1teasp. salt
pepper to taste
3/4 cup dry coffee creamer
1 T. flour
1 teasp. paprika
1 square of mushrooms or canned mushrooms
1 cup chicken broth
some extra butter for cooking mushrooms
1 teasp. worchestershire sauce

Place chicken in pan. Add salt and pepper and brush with melted butter.
Bake for 45 mins. at 400.

Cook one square of mushrooms in butter and add enough chicken broth to make one cup liquid. Canned mushrooms may be used.

Add 1 teasp worchestershire sauce to the coffee mate flour mixture. Combine with the mushrooms in liquid and pour over chicken. Bake another 15 mins. at the same temp.
