FIRST LAYER:
1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1/2 c. chopped nuts

SECOND LAYER:
1 c. confetioners' sugar
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip

THIRD LAYER:
2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
1 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped nuts

FIRST LAYER: Mix ingredients and put into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 325º for 12 minutes.

SECOND LAYER: Mix confectioners' sugar and cream cheese together well. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on top of first layer.

THIRD LAYER: Mix pudding and milk until thick and spread on second layer. Top with a layer of Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate at least three hours.
