6 Individual Salmon Filets with skin
Dill Weed
Lemon slices
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brush light Olive Oil on both sides of each filet
Arrange thin slices and Dill Weed on non-skid side of each filet.
Place skin side down on BBQ or Grill on medium heat.
Turn and remove when done to your preference.
I like mine medium rare.
Serve over Roasted Succotash & drizzle Pesto Sauce down center of each filet.
