1 tbsp. dry white wine
3 tbsp. dark soy sauce
2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. oriental sesame oil
1 1/2 pounds salmon steaks, 1 inch thick

Directions:
Directions:
Stir first 4 ingredients until well mixed. and sugar dissolves. Place in plastic bag with salmon and refrigerate 3 hours.
Girll on grill or broiler.

Can simmer left over marinade for about 5 minutes stirring frequently and serve with fish.
