Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 large pkg.tortilla chips
2 cups (more or less) refried beans (add a bit of milk to make thinner for spooning onto chips)
1 & 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 medium onion,chopped
1 1/2 bell peppers,chopped (I like to mix green,red and yellow peppers)
black olives, chopped (Maybe half a can)
1 or 2 chopped fresh tomatoes,chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees while preparing vegetables, etc.
Spread chips (may not need entire package) on large cookie sheet. They need to be thick enough so refried beans won't leak through.
Sprinkle the cheese on the chips and then the chopped ingredients. Bake about 25 minutes. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
Note: You may wish to have more or less of some of the ingredients. If using canned refried beans, add cumin and a little chili powder for flavor. You can add milk or water to them to make them thinner for spooning onto chips.
