1 C. sugar
2 heaping tablespoons corn starch
1 T. butter
pinch of salt
1/2 pt. whipping cream and finish out with milk to make 1 1/2 C.
2 t. vanilla

Directions:
mix coarse like pie dough: 1 C. sugar, 2 heaping tablespoons corn starch, 1 T. butter and a pinch of salt.

Add a 1/2 pt. whipping cream and finish out with milk to make 1 1/2 C. Add 2 t. vanilla. Stir only enough to mix through. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes then 350º for 1 hour.
