Butternut refrigerator cookies
1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream
1 C. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 C. cream
1 C. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Slice butternut refrigerator cookies and line the bottom of a Pyrex dish and bake. Pour 1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream over baked cookies. Make syrup of 1 C. brown sugar, 1 stick butter, 1/2 c. cream and bring to a boil. Pour over ice cream then sprinkle one cup chopped pecans on top and freeze.
