1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 package Hershey's Kisses

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt together and set aside. Cream butter and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl. Gradually blend in sugars. Add egg and vanilla and beat until smooth. Mix in dry ingredients.

Form dough into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place on greased baking sheets and bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and place a Hershey's Kiss on each. Return to oven for 2 to 5 minutes.

Let cool on pans for a few minutes, then remove to wire racks.

I don't know where this recipe came from, but Rita probably found it. I hadn't made these cookies for a long time, when Ken told me a few years ago that he really liked them. Since then, I've been making them regularly for Ken and Tony, and we also have gotten Danielle addicted to them.
