3-4 lb. beef roast
1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
12 oz. can of beer, not lite

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in slow cooker. Sprinkle with dry Italian dressing mix. Pour beer over roast. Cover. Cook on Low 8-10 hours, or High 3-4 hours. When beef is done, shred and serve with juice on crusty rolls.
