1/8 head green cabbage
1 carrot chopped
1 stalk celery chopped
1 apple
2 eggs
2 c. cake mix (chocolate, spice, lemon, etc)

Shred veggies until very fine (almost like a paste).

Mix with cake mix and eggs. Bake in cake pan for 15-18 minutes using heat according to cake box directions. The recipe is made for pouring over a fruit pie mix put in the bottom of pan, but this is not a must.

I was shocked at how good this is! I tried it with chocolate cake and you can't even tell there are veggies in it!
