Directions:
We just marinated 20 lbs of chicken for Cinco de Mayo. I used a whole 16 oz bottle of Zeasty Italian. 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder and 1 tsp Goya Adobo or one envelope Sazon Goya. For 10 lbs use half of this mix, five lbs 1/4 of mix.

Personal Notes:
I have never used this marinade for less than 5 lbs of meat. This marinade is the closest I have come to actual Mojo sauce which is what my Puerto Rican influenced Aunt uses to marinade everything. If you can find Mojo I recommend that. It can sometimes be found in Latino Markets. You can always order it online.
