1 1/2 cups pimento cheese
2 cups Bisquick

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Fold pimento cheese into Bisquick until completely mixed forming soft ball dough. Roll into a one inch ball. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
