1/2 tsp. DIJON MUSTARD
1/2 tsp. CELERY SEED
1/4 c. MAYO
3/4 c. PLAIN YOGURT
1/2 c. CELERY
1/4 c. GREEN PEPPER
1/4 c. WHITE ONION
2 tbsp. CHIVES
1 tbsp. CIDER VINEGAR

COOK POTATOES 20-25 MINUTES, SIMMER
IN A SMALL BOWL COMBINE HORSERADISH, MUSTARD & CELERY SEED.
FOLD IN MAYO AND YOGURT
CUT POTATOES INTO QUARTERS AND PLACE IN A LARGE BOWL.
FOLD IN CELERY,PEPPER, ONION, CHIVES & VINEGAR.
FOLD IN HORSERADISH MIX
