1 medium size round steak
1 small onion chopped fine
1/2 cup chopped dill pickle
sliced bacon raw
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into several strips. Pound meat with meat pounder.Season with salt and pepper. Place 1 strip of bacon across each strip of meat. Add 1 T each onion and dill pickle. Roll up and tie with string
Roll in flour. Brown in hot oil evenly. Add water and cover. Season gravy with salt, pepper and dash Lea&Perrin .
