Milk

Dumplings:
Eggs
Salt
Pepper
Milk (1 tbsp for each egg)
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dice potatoes, put in boiling water that just covers them. Cook until tender. Add milk to potatoes. Cook at medium heat until milk is hot. Drop dumplings by spoon into potato/milk mixture. Cook until dumplings are done. For dumplings, mix eggs, salt and pepper. Add milk. Add as much flour as possible.
