1 ½ cups flour
1 ½ cups oats
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. soda
1 cup melted butter
1 ½ cups brown sugar
1 ½- 2 cups caramel candy
2/3 cup half and half
Heath toffee candy bits

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, oats, salt, soda, sugar, and butter. Put half of the mixture into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes. Unwrap caramels, mix with half and half. Melt in 2 minute intervals in microwave stirring until smooth. Pour over oatmeal crust. Sprinkle reserved oatmeal mixture over top of caramel. Bake for another 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with Heath candy on top when still warm but not hot. Cool and cut into bars.
