2 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
¾ cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 eggs
Vanilla wafers
1 can cherry or blueberry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Line muffin cups with foil wrappers. Place one vanilla wafer in the bottom of each liner. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth then add sugar, vanilla, lemon juice and eggs. Mix well. Fill cups 2/3 full and bake for 25 minutes at 350°. Cool and top with a spoonful of desired pie filling. Chill before serving.
