6 chicken breasts – boiled and shredded
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
2-3 tsp. apple cider vinegar
½ tsp. sugar
3-4 green onions, sliced
3-4 celery stalks, sliced
1 cup red grapes, halved
Cashew nuts if desired
1 small apple, peeled and cubed if desired

Directions:

Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and sugar until smooth. Add all other ingredients except nuts. Best made a day ahead and chilled. Stir in nuts right before serving.
