Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 to 4 ½ cups flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. active dry yeast
1 2/3 cup luke warm water
2 tbsp. oil
pizza seasonings, sauce and desired toppings

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients together reserving 1 cup flour. Combine water and oil and slowly drizzle into dry mixture on medium speed until mixed. Continue to mix another 2-3 minutes. Remove beater and insert dough hook. Slowly add reserved flour to form a soft, slightly tacky, dough ball. Continue kneading for another 10 minutes. Put small amount of vegetable oil in bottom of large bowl. Place dough in bowl and turn to coat all sides with oil. Cover and let rise till double in size, about one hour. Punch down and divide in half. Press evenly into greased pizza pans. Sprinkle seasonings on dough and spread on pizza sauce. Cover with cheese and your choice of toppings. Bake at 425° for 17-23 minutes.

(To only make one pizza at a time half the dough before it rises and put it into two bowls. Place one bowl in the freezer before rising. To thaw pre-heat the oven to 200º and place covered frozen bowl of dough in oven, then turn it off. Let rise until double in size, about 3-4 hours. I do this before church sometimes so it will rise while we are gone and be ready to cook as soon as we are home.)
