2 c. all purpose flour
2 T. sugar
1/2 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. margarine
2 T. vinegar
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda & salt. Stir in cornmeal. Cut margarine into mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in water & vinegar. With hands, knead until well mixed. Divide dough into approx. 32 small balls. On floured board, roll each ball into thin circles, each about 4" in diameter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 mins. or until light golden color. Be careful not to overbake.
