4-6 pork chops
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 T. lime juice
1/2 c. water
1/2 t. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Tenderize chops w/edge of saucer, then cut into small cubes. Mix marinade (remaining ingred.). Stir pork into marinade. Refrigerate 1 hr. or more. Bake at 375º for approx. 20-30 mins. or until lightly brown. May broil for last couple mins. if desired.
