3 1/2 quarts popcorn, cooked
1/4 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
Boil butter, brown sugar and corn syrup on medium heat.
2/3 c. *sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

**Sweetened Condensed Milk Recipe**
1 c. HOT water
1/2 cube butter (1/4 c.)
2 c. white sugar
4 c. instant powder milk

Directions:

Simmer all ingredients to "softball" stage on low. Pour over popcorn and stir.
* 3 1/2 quarts of popped Popcorn makes approximately 20 medium size popcorn balls.
**Sweetened Condensed Milk**
Put the 4 c. of powder milk in the Hot Water and then combine the rest of the ingredients. This makes a lot. For the popcorn recipe, use 2/3 c.
