1/2 c. sugar
1 c. white corn syrup
1 c. dark corn syrup

1/3 tsp. salt
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla

3 whole eggs

1 heaping c. pecans (or walnuts)

1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:

Mix syrups, sugar, salt, butter and vanilla. Add slightly beaten eggs; pour into a 9-in. unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle pecans (or walnuts) over filling.

Bake in 350º oven for approximately 45 minutes.

Top with a bit of whipped cream or ice cream.
