2 15 oz. cans sliced peaches, drained
1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 or 2 eggs (at room temperature)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Spread peach slices evenly in unbaked pie shell. Set aside. Combine sugar, flour and butter. Whisk in egg and vanilla. Spread this mixture over peaches. Bake for 1 hour, until liquid around peaches has thickened and a thin crust has formed. (If using a glass pie dish, use 300º oven.)
