1/2 Cup Salt
14 Cup Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp. Garlic Salt
1/4 Tsp. Turmeric
1/4 Tsp. Ground Sage
3/4 Tsp. Curry Powder
3/4 Tsp. Onion Salt
3/4 Tsp. Dry Mustard
14 Tsp. Ground Cloves
4 Cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. This will make a large batch of chicken.
Place chicken pieces in an egg mixture of
2 Beaten Eggs and 2 Cups Water. Drain and coat each piece in the flour. Deep Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Finish cooking the chicken in a 300º oven about 1 hour.
