1 lb. Hamburger
1 Small chopped onion
3 Cups diced Tomatoes
1 Tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 Cup uncooked rice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Medium Zucchini (chopped & peeled)
1/4 lb. Velveeta Cheese (cubed)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion, drain. Add tomatoes, chili powder, rice and salt and pepper. Cook until rice is tender. Add zucchini and cheese. Pour into a casserole and bake at 350 for one hour.
