Step 1:
1/3 C. Evaporated Milk
2/3 C. Melted Butter
1 box Duncan Heinz Swiss chocolate cake mix
(the cake mix can't have pudding in it.

Step 2: melt in a double boiler:
1 bag (#143) caramels
1/3 C. evaporated milk

Step 3:
6 oz. of chocolate chips

Mix step 1. Spread 1/2 of the mixture in a 13 x 9 greased pan and bake at 350 for 6 minutes

Melt step 2 ingredients. Pour over cooked brownies.
Sprinkle with the Step 3 chocolate chips. Spread the rest of the cake mix on top and bake for 16 to 18 minutes at 350 degrees
