2 lb extra lean ground beef
2 eggs
1 c oatmeal
1 or 2 large onions chopped
1/2 c ketchup
3 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T parsley flakes
1 t oregano
1 t cumin
1 t thyme
1/2 t black pepper
2-3 dashes liquid smoke.

Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Shape into a loaf in a baking dish or pan. Bake at 375º for about 1 1/2 hours.
