1 1/3 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
4 Tbsp. orange juice
grated lemon and orange rind (optional)

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Mix yeast mixture with next five ingredients. Refrigerate overnight.

Next day, beat filling ingredients with mixer until smooth.

Take dough from refrigerator and divide into 4 pieces. Roll into rectangles approximately 9 x 12 inches. Spread filling down center of each rectangle of dough. Cut the edges of dough with knife into 1-inch strips. Fold dough over to braid, folding ends up to keep filling from leaking out, Place on cookie sheet and let rise in warm place for at least an hour.
