8-10 Sausages
Minced beef
1 Onion
1 tbsp Paprika
3 cans Chopped tomatoes
1-2 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Tomato Puree
1 egg
Breadcrumbs
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
Fresh basil

Delicious Italian Marinara Sauce

-----MAKE THE MEATBALLS FIRST-----

1. Place your minced meat in a bowl. Add tablespoon of
paprika. Add egg. Add salt and pepper. Add breadcrumbs.
Mix with your hands and form quite large palms sized
meatballs.

2. Put a large pot on the stove, add olive oil (enough to cover
the whole of the bottom of the pot). Place the meatballs in and
brown on each side.

3. Place on a plate and keep to one side.

4. Fry sausages in same oil and keep to one side.

------------NOW THE SAUCE---------------

1. Dice up your onion and add to the pot (using the same oil
used for meatballs and sausage) and wait 1 or 2 minutes.

2. Crush 1-2 cloves of garlic and add to pot of onions. Brown
both.

3. Add cans of chopped tomato, stir. Add salt and pepper. Add
fresh basil. Add tomato puree to thicken and enhance flavor.

4. Add meatballs and sausages and put on a low simmer for 1
hour and a half.

AFTER IT HAS COOKED IT IS THE MOST AMAZING
SAUCE YOU WILL HAVE EVER EATEN. SERVE WITH
PASTA OR EAT ON ITS OWN.
