20 oz crushed pineapple, not drained
21 oz Lucky Leaf Cherry Pie filling
1 box dry yellow cake mix
7 oz shredded coconut
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1 cup butter, unsalted, melted
Directions:
Directions:
Layer the ingredients in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan, in the following order:

pineapple, pie filling, cake mix, shredded coconut, macadamia nuts

Drizzle the melted butter over the top evenly.
Bake at 325 for 70 minutes.
Cool, cut, and serve.

I'm allergic to pineapple, so I substituted chopped pears instead. The results were fine.
