1 rocoto mediano en trozos grandes (fresco, limpio y retirada las venas y semillas)
1 cebolla pequeña en trozos grandes
2 dientes de ajo enteros
½ taza aprox. de leche evaporada
1 taza de aceite m/m
sal

Directions:
Directions:
En una sartén con poquito aceite vegetal soasar bien el rocoto junto con la cebolla y el ajo. Licuar todo junto con la leche y luego, en forma de chorrito agregarle el aceite necesario. Sazonar con sal.

Sólo si resultase muy aguado echarle un poco de galletas de soda mientras se continúa licuando.

Si se desea de ají, seguir el mismo procedimiento que el rocoto, soasando los vegetales.
