57 grs. (2 oz.) de queso Roquefort a temp. del refrigerador
2 cucharadas de sour cream
¼ taza de cottage cheese (queso Cabaña) bien escurrido
Directions:
Directions:
En el tazón de la procesadora con la cuchilla de metal en posición, echar el queso Roquefort y el sour cream. Procesar hasta que esté suave limpiando las paredes del tazón en caso necesario.
Agregar el queso cottage y procesar hasta que esté completamente incorporado, limpiando los costados cada vez que se necesite.
Untar generosamente las “galletitas” pasando la superficie en las nueces picadas.
