4 GRANNY SMITH APPLES, PEELED, CORED, AND THINLY SLICED
1/2 C. CHOPPED PECANS
1/4 C. SUGAR
1/4 LB. COARSE CHOPPED CARAMELS
2 T. FLOUR
1/4 C. MILK

MILK AND SUGAR FOR TOP

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES

IN LGE BOWL TOSS TOGETHER APPLES, PECANS, SUGAR, CARAMELS, FLOUR AND MILK.
SPOON INTO PIE SHELL.

TOP WITH REMAINING ROLLED PASTRY, PINCH TOGETHER AND FLUTE THE EDGE. CUT SLITS IN TOP AND BRUSH WITH MILK AND SPRINKLE WITH SUGAR.

BAKE UNTIL CRUST IS GOLDEN BROWN, ABOUT 45 MIN.
