1 1/2 tabs firmly packed light brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp olive oil
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1 (3 pound) London Broil

Preheat BQ Grill to medium
Combine the brown sugar, coriander, garlic, olive oil, chili
powder, ground ginger, black pepper and salt in a small bowl and
mix well.
Rub the brown sugar mixture on both sides of steak.
Grill steak 8 inches from heat for about 15 minutes, turning once.
Cut diagonally across the grain into 1/4 inch slices.
