1/2 onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup canola oil or roasted garlic oil
1/2 tsp salt
1 packet of sazon goya tomato cilantro
1 tbsp prepared sofrito
1 4oz can of tomato sauce with chilies
1 14 oz can of beef broth
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 cups of instant rice

Directions:

1. Fry rice in 1/3 cup of canola or garlic flavored oil. 2. In a separate pot, saute onion and garlic in 1/4 cup of oil. Add Sofrito, stir until incorporated. 3. Add tomato sauce and bring to boil. 4. Add broth and bouillon and bring to boil. 5. Add rice and cover for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
