2 cans Hungry Jack Buttermilk Biscuits
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cups chopped pecans
3/4 cup white sugar
cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place the chopped pecans in the bottom of a bundt pan. dip biscuits in the melted butter, then roll in sugar mixture. Place them on end on top of the pecans. Drizzle remaining butter and sprinkle remaining sugar on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

My dear friend Shirley gave this recipe to me in June, 1983. Other recipes of hers are included in this cookbook. Shirley and I worked together at the Panama Canal Commission Library in. As a matter of fact, Shirley was my first ever supervisor and she was patient as a saint - firm and fair. We remain good friends still.
