1 whole chicken
1/4 cup salad oil
salt and pepper for taste
2-3 cloves of garlic (peeled and broken in thirds)
2 to 3 tbsp. tomato pure'

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 2 tbsp. of salad oil on the chicken. Sprinkle salt, pepper and the garlic over the chicken.
Preheat oven to 180º C. (350º F). Insert and heat chicken for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Mix 2 tbsp. of salad oil and the tomato puree. Pour the mix over
the chicken with 30 minutes remaining on the heating.
Cook the chicken until its a golden color.
Garnish with mint leaves or sliced lemon if you like.
