1/2 c. (1 cube) butter or margarine, melted
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
4 T. cocoa
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together butter and sugar. Add eggs, cocoa, flour and vanilla. Spray a pre-heated waffle iron with cooking spray. Drop a teaspoon of dough on each quarter of the waffle iron. Cook about 50 seconds. Carefully peel off using a fork. After cookies are cooled, frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
