1 tbsp. dry yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Sour milk can be made by adding 2 tbsp. vinegar to 2 c. milk.

Dissolve yeast in warm water and leave for 10 minutes. Combine dry ingredients. Add yeast, oil and sour milk. Mix together gently with floured hands. Remove to a floured surface. Roll out dough and cut into biscuits. Brush each with melted butter. Let rise in a warm place until twice their size. Bake in 450° oven for 15-20 minutes. Dough will keep up to a week in a covered bowl or bag in the fridge.

SWEET ROLLS: Increase sugar to 3/4 cup and roll out like cinnamon rolls. Spread softened butter on dough and sprinkle liberally with cinnamon and brown sugar. Roll up and cut into 1 inch slices. Arrange on well greased pans and bake. These will melt in your mouth.
