Zucchini Brownies Recipe

2 C. zucchini
2 C. sifted flour
1 C. sugar
1 t. salt
1 t. soda
2 t. vanilla
C. cocoa
C. oil

6 T. Cocoa
2 T. butter
2 T. shortening
C. milk
dash salt
2 C. Powdered sugar
t. vanilla

Peel and shred zucchini drain in strainer
Sift dry ingredients. Combine zucchini, oil and vanilla. Blend dry ingredients. Mix in. Spread in oiled pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes in glass cake pan, 18-20 minutes in layer pans.

Mix all ingredients together for frosting.
Frost while warm:
