2 c. (12 oz.) semi sweet choc. chips
3 pkg. (4 oz. each)sweet cooking choc. (German or Hershey)
1 jar marshmallow creme
2 c. broken walnuts
4 1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
2 T. butter or marg.
1 tall can evaporated milk
2 t. vanilla

Directions:
Combine bittersweet choc., sweet cooking choc., marshmallow and walnuts in lge. bowl.
Combine sugar, salt, butter, and evaporated milk in large heavy saucepan; heat to boiling, stirring constantly; boil 6 min. stirring often.
Pour at once over choc. mixture in bowl and add vanilla
Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until choc. is melted and mixture is creamy.
Pour into buttered shallow pan 9x13; let stand a few hours to set then cut into squares and store in tightly covered metal box.
